Designed for performance and rapid deployment
EI. SIP is Etopia’s unique structural insulated panel system (SIP). It brings structure, insulation and manufacturing precision together in a high-performing building envelope.
Designed for efficient manufacture and assembly (DfMA), it can be configured around the performance and delivery requirements of each project.
Our original SIP
4Wall is manufactured with a profiled steel perimeter, bonded to insulation and encapsulated by cement-bonded particle board. It is a premium product, well suited to harsh and high-load environments.
Large Panel Format (LPF)
All SIPs are delivered in small or large panel format. With large panel format, the wall sections are fully assembled and internally battened. If the external finish permits, the fixing methodology for any secondary treatment can be factory installed. We can also deliver LPF pre-fenestrated.
LPF reduces the number of lifts and joints required on site, meaning faster installation, greater consistency and earlier enclosure.
