Etopia partnered with Newport City Homes and Yours Space Projects to deliver its first scheme in Wales.
The development provides eight affordable, high performance homes designed around fabric performance, airtightness and occupant comfort.
Delivery and performance
A coordinated building system package
Etopia designed, supplied and installed the 4Wall SIP panels, intermediate floor and internal walling.
Integrated technologies
Solar panels, battery storage and infrared heating contribute to the homes’ low energy operation.
Welsh requirements
The homes are EPC A rated and exceed Welsh Development Quality Requirements.
