Highly efficient homes for sheltered housing residents
Etopia supplied the panelised building system for four one bedroom flats at Lancaster City Council’s Alder Grove sheltered housing scheme.
The homes were designed to achieve EPC A, reduce heating costs and meet the Future Homes Standard without the need for later retrofit.

Solar panels, efficient storage heating and electric vehicle charging were incorporated into the scheme.
