We bring together design for manufacture, our high-performance SIP systems, coordinated delivery and, where appropriate, development finance. Our partners may contribute land, planning knowledge, local delivery capability, funding, or an established route to occupation or sale.
Each arrangement is considered individually, with responsibilities, risk, investment and returns clearly established from the outset.
