Etopia has partnered with Newport City Homes and Yours Space Projects to deliver its first scheme in Wales.
The development comprises of eight affordable, high-performance homes. Incorporating Fabric-First insulation and high-performance airtightness, alongside solar panels, battery storage, and infrared heating panels, the homes ensure warmth, comfort, and energy efficiency. Each home is EPC A-rated and exceeds Welsh Development Quality Regulations.
The development was built using Etopia’s 4Wall SIP. Etopia designed, supplied and installed the panels, intermediary floor, and internal walling.
